I had been servicing my 2006 sedona for 5 years at kia of Puyallup. Always recieved 5 star service. So when I decided to buy a new Kia, I contacted the sales dept. I told them how much I owed, odometer reading, & how much I needed my payments to be. I made an appointment for 9:30 am, my sales lady met me out side by my 2006 Sedona, we walked around my car. I pointed out a few scratches, that needed repair. we went inside and sat down. She went over the details of what I wanted for my Sedona and the terms I wanted for a new 2012 Sedona. My sales lady went into talk to the sales manager. She came back with an offer better then I had asked for. They paid off the balance on my 2006 Sedona, that was the amount of Kelly blue book,low amount. Plus a good size trade in + Kia cash backs. I was very happy with my purchase. Everything happened so fast. All of the staff were so courtious, by the time I signed all the papers, my new Sedona was washed, brought out front, my dogs cage was moved into the new Sedona. All ready to go home. Oh, by the way, did I mention, I was driving off the lot at 11 am. Kudos to the Best, KIA of Puyallup. Love you guys. You make me happy.-missiesmom
