Just want to recommend the service department at Kia of Puyallup to anyone needing service in the Puyallup/Tacoma/Sumner area.  Though we bought our 2010 Kia Soul before moving to Puyallup, we have taken the car here for all of our scheduled maintenance.  We are always able to get an appointment that works with our schedules.  The staff is friendly and professional, the environment is clean and comfortable, and the work is done in a timely fashion.  

Recently, we had two weird things happen.  First, our gas tank cover wouldn't open when we pulled the lever.  Second (a week or so later), one of the fuses in our dash blew due to having the windshield replaced.  Both times, we happened to be in the area so we just stopped into Kia of Puyallup without an appointment.  Both times, a friendly technician was able to come out and take a look...and to fix the issue in moments, free of charge!-Alaina
