I had heard that Puyallup was the place to go to, and Joe Goodwin and Adam Breimeier proved this tip to be 100% accurate! After interacting with MANY dealerships online, Adam Breimeier was certainly a breath of fresh air! He was so easy to work with via email! I greatly appreciated his responsiveness and honesty - I didn't feel intimidated at all. He understood that I had done my research, and he completely respected my time. I knew instantly from my communications online with him, that Kia of Puyallup was the place for me! Just after a short duration, we had a deal, and I was excited to drive an hour through thick evening traffic, to sign the papers the very next day! Given that Adam was out of office the day I visited the dealership, he transitioned everything to Joe Goodwin. Joe smoothly and quickly picked up where Adam left off - it was truly a seamless transition. Upon our arrival, Joe immediately came out to greet me and my fiance. We loved how friendly, honest and personable he was, and we felt completely at ease interacting with him! Joe's level of knowledge, graciousness and thoroughness just blew us away, and we were completely impressed by his professionalism! Throughout our entire stay, Joe was incredibly gracious and thorough! He walked us through everything that we needed to know, and made sure that all our questions and concerns were heard and addressed. We were beyond amazed with his expertise on everything Kia, and even more impressed with the impeccable level of customer service he provided! Turns out that we needed to wait a while before we could meet with Finance to sign the last of the papers (the couple ahead of us required a significant amount of time, and we couldn't get in until after closing). But Joe never left our side, and he made sure to keep us company even way past closing. He selflessly gave up his own personal free time to make sure we were a-OK. Talk about dedication!!! (I have to mention an experience at another dealership - where we were asked to leave because the salesperson had a picnic to go to. What contrast!) Joe, being the incredibly resourceful person he is, also saw this down-time as a chance to get us more familiar with our new car and it's features. He's a proud Kia owner himself, and his insight and enthusiasm were just so great! He also familiarized us with the resources and services we might find at Kia of Puyallup, so we would know what support we had available to us after purchase. I just wish it didn't take an hour to drive to Puyallup, otherwise I would certainly visit for my scheduled maintenance. From start to finish, Kia of Puyallup has been such a welcomed experience! What more can I say but THANK YOU SOOOO VERY MUCH Kia of Puyallup!!!! THANK YOU Adam Breimeier for your professionalism and courtesy online!!!
